The model is the smallest part of the system. We build what surrounds it — the agent loop, the tool and function layer, retrieval over your own material, context strategy, and the guardrails that decide what it may do.

Graded test sets, regression runs before every change, and human review where judgement still belongs to a person. Behaviour you can point at, not behaviour you hope for.
